This video features animated slides that tell the story of a client whose customers faced unclear support and communication when resolving common HR system issues. The client addressed this by forming a specialized team to provide accurate information for common problems. Additionally, they appointed a service manager as the single point of contact, overseeing the team and becoming the primary point of contact for the customer to resolve various challenges. Our aim was to convey this story visually, minimizing text on the slides.
